Pastor Eugene Sim was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI where he came to faith at a young age.  He moved to Los Angeles in 1993 to attend UCLA and has a degree in sociology. He continued his education at Fuller Theological Seminary where he has completed his Master of Divinity (M.Div) program (2002) and is now pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  His greatest joy is being married to his wonderful wife, Carol and raising their delightful son, Elijah.

Eugene has pastored in various capacities, as a youth pastor, lead pastor, and executive pastor for 20 years both in Southern California and Asia before becoming a part of GraceLife.

His passion is to connect people to Jesus Christ to give them hope during discouraging circumstances.  He also wants people to experience what is written in John 10:10  by helping people live life to the fullest in Christ.  He believes that God wants to redeem the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles and is thankful to be serving in the area.

He is a die hard Green Bay Packers fan and enjoys the outdoors, adventure, traveling, sports, music, and is a serious mac user.

Pastor Mike Rix is a native of the Los Angeles area where he attended UCLA as a political science major. He lived in New York while attending law school at Hofstra University.  He has been a practicing attorney for over a decade and serves Grace Life as a bivocational pastor.

Mike was first called into ministry at Church Everyday as a children's pastor, eventually serving the college ministry and then as an English Congregation pastor.

He has a passion for helping people integrate their faith and vocation in the marketplace, believing we have all been given gifts and talents that glorify God in every sphere of life.  He also deeply desires for men and women to find joy in discipling their families and to leave a godly legacy for future generations.

Mike likes to spend most of his time with his lovely wife, Soomi and his two precious children, Josiah and Joelle.  He enjoys traveling, theme parks, movies and a good cup of coffee or meal with friends while exploring city life.
